Faced with declining revenues due to the Great Recession, Virginia is examining its priorities — the services state government should, can, and must provide to its citizens. As a member of the House Appropriations Committee as well as Governor McDonnell’s Commission on Government Reform and Restructuring, I want to know what you think.
